How do I merge PDF files into one?
Add at least two PDFs, put them in order with the up and down arrows, and select Merge PDFs. You get one PDF that contains every page of every file, in the order shown in the list.
How do I combine PDF files without Adobe Acrobat?
Use this page in any modern browser on Windows, Mac, Android or iPhone. You don’t need Acrobat, an account or an app, and the merged PDF has no watermark.
Can I merge a PDF with a JPG or other images?
Turn the images into a PDF first with Image to PDF, then add that PDF here with your other files and merge them.
How do I change the page order before merging?
Files are merged in the order of the list, so use the arrows to move each file up or down. To reorder pages inside a single PDF, use Split PDF and type the pages in the order you want.
Is there a limit on how many PDFs I can merge?
You can add up to 50 files, each up to 50 MB and 200 MB in total. Very large PDFs also depend on your device’s free memory, so close other tabs if a big merge stops.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
No. Remove the password in a PDF reader first and save an unlocked copy. The tool tells you which file is locked.
Does merging PDFs reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied into the new file as they are, so text stays sharp and searchable, and images keep their original quality.
Is it safe to merge confidential PDFs online?
Yes, because Toolvetta merges the files on your own device. The PDFs are not uploaded, stored or seen by anyone, which makes it suitable for contracts, invoices and bank statements.
