How to convert JPG to PDF

  1. Select your JPG, PNG or WebP images, or drop them onto the page. You can add up to 50 at once.
  2. Put the pages in order with the up and down arrows, and remove any you don’t need.
  3. Choose the page size (A4, Letter or Fit to image), orientation, margins and how each image fits the page.
  4. Select Create PDF and download the file. If a form needs a smaller PDF, compress the images first and convert again.

Image to PDF: frequently asked questions

How do I convert a JPG to PDF for free?

Add the JPG here, choose a page size and select Create PDF. The PDF downloads straight away, free, without a watermark and without an account. The same steps convert PNG to PDF and WebP to PDF.

How do I combine multiple images into one PDF?

Add all the images at once, then arrange them with the arrow buttons. Each image becomes one page in the order shown, and you download one multi-page PDF. To join PDF files that already exist, use Merge PDF instead.

How do I make a JPG to PDF under 200 KB?

A PDF made from photos is about as big as the photos inside it, because JPG and PNG images are added without re-compressing them. Shrink the photos first with the Image Compressor (60–70% quality is a good start) or the Image Resizer, then convert them here and check the PDF size.

Does converting an image to PDF reduce quality?

No. JPG and PNG images are placed into the PDF exactly as they are, so no quality is lost. Photos that a phone saved sideways, and WebP or GIF images, are converted once in your browser at high quality before they are added.

How do I turn phone photos or scanned documents into a PDF?

Add the photos, choose A4, Small margins and Contain so nothing is cropped, then select Create PDF. If a page still comes out sideways, fix it with Rotate PDF.

Which page size should I choose: A4, Letter or Fit to image?

Choose A4 for most countries and for printing in Pakistan, India, the UK and Europe, Letter for the US and Canada, and Fit to image when each page should be exactly the size of its photo, with no white border.

Can I convert WhatsApp images to PDF on my phone?

Yes. Save the images from WhatsApp to your gallery, open this page in Chrome or Safari, select the photos and tap Create PDF. It runs in the phone’s browser, so there is no app to install.

Is it safe to convert ID cards and private documents to PDF here?

Yes. The PDF is built on your own device, and this page does not upload your images to any server. You can check this in your browser’s developer tools: the Network tab shows no upload while the PDF is created.
